Perfect location to explore Napels and perfect rooftop terrace to recharge your batteries :)

The team is really friendly and supportive. Breakfast, Cocktails and Dinner at the hotel restaurant were magnificient. You really should have dinner at their rooftop terrace! Location is great to explore the city by metro/ by walking.

Not really possible to open the window, because our room was directly facing Piazza Garibaldi. The neighbourhood is rather shady. I guess the hotel is not to blame, but you have to be aware that you have to walk 5-10min to reach more pleasant surroundings ;-)

The position was great, but be prepared for noise & streets are littered, but we loved the chaos . The restaurant has amazing food 10/10. The staff is amazing, especially Salvatore. U. ,& Francesco were standouts for us .

The rooms were not up to standard of the 4 stars. Blowdryer was broken, amenities very minimal. €10 for 2 empty glasses as only paper cups provided which would have been fine if we were staying in a 2 star hotel * paying 2 star prices The carpet could do with some attention. Not a 4 star hotel at all.

Excellent location on Garibaldi Square.

We decided to have a one night stay over in Napoli after a week in Sorrento before flying back to London. Allowed us to book in a couple of hours early. Excellent corner room with stunning views.

Some members of staff on the 6th floor somewhat hierarchical and stroppy. Only some, only some of the time.

Bra hotell, men bruken av pappbeger skuffer stort.

Sentral beliggenhet rett ved jernbanestasjonen. Noe rufsete nabolag, men slik er det mange steder i Napoli Stort og fint rom.

I sendt this complaint to the management as we where very disappointed with the lack of drinking glasses in the room. This afternoon we checked in at your hotel – room 409. Later today we bought a bottle of good wine in a wine store nearby. Coming back to the hotel, I told the receptionist that I wanted to borrow two wine glasses in order to taste the good wine we had bought. We had already, to our surprise, noticed that in our room there where only cardboard coups both in the bathroom and in the minibar. The receptionist advised me to contact the bar on the 6th floor. I did so, but there I was told that to borrow the wineglasses would be regarded as room service, and that I would be charged 10 EUR (maybe per glass, I don`t know). I complained in the reception but was told that this is company policy and nothing they could change. I have travelled around the world now for 59 years but never experienced something like this in any hotel I have visited. Never only cardboard cups, and never as hotel quest to be denied borrowing a glass. I would like to inform you about our reaction to your practice before I precent our experience with UNAHOTELS on boocking.com and relevant pages on Facebook when we have left your hotel coming Wednesday. Regards I never received any response on my complaint.

Dodgy place + great breakfast

Rooms were exceptionally large + breakfast served was excellent + rooftop was a plus.

It was around some really dodgy area, but I am not sure this is the way with most hotels

Quick visit while in transit which suited our needs.

Location is central and close to the airport by taxi which was what we needed. Lots of construction and noise at night. But the room was lovely. Our window was on a side street with a lot of people noise and homeless. 16 year old son (6’ tall) said the cot was the most comfortable he’s stayed in.

Stay here for the location and the rooftop bar/restaurant. Directly across from Naples main train station this is a close and safe option if you're travelling work luggage. Taxis can pick you up and drop off right at the door if you need the airport or ferry. The rooms are clean and tidy but basic, the bed and pillows were quite firm. I was pleasantly surprised by the good water pressure in the shower. The rooftop bar & restaurant were the best part. We had lovely service and a great meal with views across Napoli

Excellent breakfast and convenient location for the station

The breakfast was really excellent. The room looked onto the back of the hotel and was reasonably quiet. A convenient location for trips out to Pompeii.

The area round the station is a bit grotty but felt safe at night. The room decor is a little dated.

Wonderful

Very clean and comfortable room. 5 minutes walk from the train station, and few more to the historical city center. Great breakfast, plentiful variety of products.

A city hotel with comfortable rooms

Central location, but the neighborhood is a bit dodgy like usually happens near a central railway station. The hotel has a really nice roof harden for breakfast or a drink at night. The breakfast had a lot of options and it doubled as a good restaurant for dinner.

the hotel was walking distance from the historic centre of Napoli, however 3 minuted the wrong way and you were in the shadows looking over your shoulder. The rooms and common areas in December were really hot, the heater was running continuously. I complained to the reeption they found no solutions, I had to open the windows.

From check in to check out the staff have been wonderful in every way possible. The hotel was a great choice for us given the easy access for everything, public transport, walking and easy access to restaurants.
